But for us, a good working relationship goes beyond that. It also means getting deliveries right, communicating clearly and maintaining personal contact. That is why we asked our customers about their experiences with Buyse Metal Works Group this year.

The result? An overall customer satisfaction score of 8.6 out of 10. A great result that we are proud of as a team. Yet it is not just the numbers that make this survey valuable. The comments, suggestions and areas for improvement also help us move forward.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”50px” el_class=”mobonly”][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner el_class=”inner-col-2″ width=”1/2″][vc_single_image source=”featured_image” img_size=”full” css=”” el_class=”rounded”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space height=”50px”][vc_empty_space height=”30px” el_class=”deskonly”][vc_empty_space height=”45px” el_class=”largedeskonly”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row el_class=”global row-33 s-blog”][vc_column el_class=”outer-col-1″][vc_row_inner el_class=”inner-row-1 small-grid”][vc_column_inner el_class=”inner-col-1″][vc_column_text css=”” el_class=”darkblue”]

Your feedback helps us move forward

A positive rating is no reason to stand still. We also want to understand where we can do better. That is why the comments and areas for improvement our customers shared with us are at least as important as the scores.

Based on this feedback, we have already launched several improvement initiatives to make our communication even more transparent. This way, we use the survey not only to look back, but also to improve how we work.

As a family business, we place great importance on long-term partnerships. That means being open to feedback and willing to learn, not only during customer surveys but also in our day-to-day interactions.
