As standard, we package our parts in cardboard boxes or on pallets. Upon request, we also offer custom packaging, such as plastic boxes, bags, or other customer-specific solutions.
Parts without post-processing are usually delivered within 4 weeks after ordering. For parts that require post-processing, the delivery time is at least 6 weeks, depending on the number of finishing operations and the type of raw material.
Yes, that is possible. Collection by the customer or their own carrier is always possible.
We process a wide range of metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Material selection is always based on the application, load, and environment in which the final product will be used. We also keep a large stock of materials to ensure fast delivery times. Where possible, we optimize based on the final part, for example by choosing near-net shapes or tubes, helping to reduce production costs for our customers.
Yes. Upon request, we can provide full traceability, including linking each part to its corresponding material certificate. This ensures transparency and reliability regarding the origin and quality of every delivery.
Yes. Upon request, we can perform light assembly operations, such as assembling two components, installing O-rings, bonding magnets, or similar tasks. This allows us to deliver your parts as a fully finished product, in line with your specifications. Feel free to ask us about the possibilities.
Yes, absolutely. We can mark parts directly on the machine, for example through engraving or laser marking. This allows components to be easily identified and traced according to the required specifications.
Absolutely. Deburring and cleaning are standard for all our parts. In addition, we offer various surface treatments, such as anodizing, galvanizing, powder coating, hardening, or blasting, in collaboration with trusted specialized partners. We coordinate the entire process for you, so you have a single point of contact and receive a perfectly finished end product.
Quality is central to our operations. During and after production, we perform precise measurements using calibrated measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and, if required, 3D measuring machines. Upon request, we also provide measurement reports or material certificates. Our processes are designed to guarantee consistent and reliable quality for every order.
