We begin with a profound analysis of your request and carefully listen to your specific needs. All technical details—from material selection to tolerances and logistical requirements—are clearly mapped out. This forms an essential foundation for an efficient and accurate production process.
Our specialists determine the optimal production process and select the right raw materials. Where needed, we proactively contribute through co-engineering to optimize cost and quality. This allows us to translate your concept into a manufacturable and cost-efficient design.
Using our advanced machine park, we carry out all CNC operations with precision according to plan. Throughout the process, we continuously monitor quality through strict sampling and measurements, ensuring every part meets the agreed tolerances.
After production, we take care of any surface treatments, assembly, and final packaging. Thanks to our smart inventory management, we can deliver Just-In-Time or according to your specific agreements. You can count on flexible, reliable, and always on-time delivery.

CNC Turning
With a diameter range of 3 to 950 mm, we cover an exceptionally broad spectrum of turning operations. Our machine park is equipped for both bar work and chuck work (optionally with robotic automation).
Thanks to our multi-axis lathes with automated loading, we produce efficiently and flexibly. Whether it involves steel, stainless steel, aluminum, or exotic alloys, we offer scalable production capacity—from small batches for product development to large series for continuous supply.
CNC Milling
Efficiency is at the core of our total solution. Complex milling operations are often performed directly on our CNC turning machines, allowing us to create complex geometries in a single setup—significantly reducing lead times. Our additional milling department, equipped with 4-axis machines and pallet changers, enables loading and unloading without interrupting production, resulting in shorter lead times.
