Tailor-made
machining

Thanks to our scale and efficient organization, we easily manage large numbers of part references and produce both small and very large series for components with diameters ranging from 3 to 950 mm. We combine capacity with flexibility and offer a full one-stop-shop approach: from CNC turning, milling, and grinding to surface treatments and customized packaging.

CNC Turning

CNC turning is our core expertise. With an extensive and modern machine park, we produce everything from simple cylindrical components to complex, high-precision series. We offer the capacity, stability, and expertise to execute every project reliably and at scale.

We don’t just manufacture—we actively think along from the very first design. We analyze tolerances, material choices, and feasibility, and provide advice where optimizations are possible. This helps to avoid unnecessary costs and ensures an efficient production process.

High production capacity with efficient planning

Continuous investment in innovation and optimization

One partner for the entire process

Certified quality and strict control procedures

CNC Milling

Efficiency is at the core of our total solution. We often perform complex milling operations directly on our CNC turning machines. This allows us to create complex geometries in a single setup, significantly reducing lead times.

Our dedicated milling department, equipped with 4-axis machines and pallet changers, enables loading and unloading without interrupting production—resulting in shorter lead times.

Grinding

For components requiring the highest precision, Buyse Metal Works Group has its own CNC grinding department. Where turning ends, our CNC grinding machines including Studer take over, achieving accuracy down to 0.01 mm. Whether it involves surface or cylindrical grinding, this integrated step ensures the required dimensional accuracy and surface finish.

Delivery reliability

Precision through quality

Our high-performance quality management system, supported by ISO 9001 certification, ensures that every step in the production process is structured, traceable, and controlled. We combine clear procedures with responsibility on the work place, making quality not the task of a single department, but of the entire team.

In addition, we continuously invest in advanced measuring equipment and high-precision measuring benches to objectively guarantee dimensional accuracy, stability, and reliability—ensuring every component meets the required standards.

Quality starts with the right raw material

Buyse Metal Works Group processes a wide range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials. Thanks to our extensive warehouse, we keep commonly used raw materials in stock, allowing us to always respond quickly. Through our broad network of manufacturers and suppliers, we can flexibly respond to specific material requirements or urgent delivery needs.

By combining the purchasing volumes of our two locations, we ensure competitive conditions and maximum cost efficiency. We also always select the most efficient starting form—from bar material to cast or forged parts—to optimize your lead time and material yield.

Our additional services

A streamlined process,
from start to finish

To ensure every project runs flawlessly from start to finish, we follow a structured process focused on quality, efficiency, and transparency. In four clear steps, we guide your project—from in-depth analysis and engineering to production and reliable delivery.

We begin with a profound analysis of your request and carefully listen to your specific needs. All technical details—from material selection to tolerances and logistical requirements—are clearly mapped out. This forms an essential foundation for an efficient and accurate production process.

Our specialists determine the optimal production process and select the right raw materials. Where needed, we proactively contribute through co-engineering to optimize cost and quality. This allows us to translate your concept into a manufacturable and cost-efficient design.

Using our advanced machine park, we carry out all CNC operations with precision according to plan. Throughout the process, we continuously monitor quality through strict sampling and measurements, ensuring every part meets the agreed tolerances.

After production, we take care of any surface treatments, assembly, and final packaging. Thanks to our smart inventory management, we can deliver Just-In-Time or according to your specific agreements. You can count on flexible, reliable, and always on-time delivery.

Frequently asked questions

We have gathered the most common questions so you can quickly find the information you need. Can’t find your question? Feel free to get in touch with us.

We provide complete solutions: from raw material to finished and inspected end product, fully according to technical specifications. Our core activities include CNC turning, milling, and grinding.

CNC turning is a machining process in which the workpiece rotates while material is removed using a cutting tool. This technique is mainly used for cylindrical components such as shafts, bushings, and flanges. Thanks to computer-controlled (CNC) machines, we can produce with high precision and repeatability, for both small and large series.

In CNC milling, the cutting tool rotates while the workpiece remains fixed. This allows complex shapes, slots, contours, and flat surfaces to be created. With 3-, 4-, or 5-axis machines, we can produce highly precise and technically complex components according to drawing.

Grinding is a finishing technique used to achieve very tight tolerances and high surface quality. Surface grinding ensures a perfectly finished flat surface, while cylindrical grinding is used for round components. This process is often applied when extra precision or a specific surface roughness is required.

Yes, we work based on technical drawings, 3D models, or specifications provided by the customer. If needed, we also actively contribute to optimizing the design or manufacturability.

We process a wide range of metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum. Material selection is always based on the application, load, and environment in which the final product will be used. We also keep a large stock of materials to ensure fast delivery times. Where possible, we optimize based on the final part, for example by choosing near-net shapes or tubes, helping to reduce production costs for our customers.

Yes. Upon request, we can provide full traceability, including linking each part to its corresponding material certificate. This ensures transparency and reliability regarding the origin and quality of every delivery.

Yes. Upon request, we can perform light assembly operations, such as assembling two components, installing O-rings, bonding magnets, or similar tasks. This allows us to deliver your parts as a fully finished product, in line with your specifications. Feel free to ask us about the possibilities.

Yes, absolutely. We can mark parts directly on the machine, for example through engraving or laser marking. This allows components to be easily identified and traced according to the required specifications.

Absolutely. Deburring and cleaning are standard for all our parts. In addition, we offer various surface treatments (such as anodizing, galvanizing, powder coating, hardening, or blasting) in collaboration with trusted specialized partners. We coordinate the entire process for you, so you have a single point of contact and receive a perfectly finished end product.

Quality is central to our operations. During and after production, we perform precise measurements using calibrated measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and (if required) 3D measuring machines. Upon request, we also provide measurement reports or material certificates. Our processes are designed to guarantee consistent and reliable quality for every order.

Yes. Buyse Metal Works Group is ISO 9001 certified and operates according to strict quality procedures to ensure consistent and reliable results.

Sustainability is an integral part of our operations. Our efforts are confirmed by our EcoVadis certification, an independent assessment of our performance in areas such as environment, ethics, working conditions, and sustainable business practices.

Depending on the material, process, and geometry, we can achieve very tight tolerances, up to ±0.01 mm or even more precise where required. We are happy to assess what is technically and economically feasible for your specific application.

Because renting involves more than just machine costs. Programming, setup time, tooling, maintenance, and the risk of errors often make it more expensive. We produce series efficiently on professional CNC machines, with consistent quality and no hidden costs. More cost-effective and faster.
