1. What will you do?

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of approximately 14 employees
  • Welcome and train new colleagues and introduce them to company operations and values
  • Monitor production quality and ensure proper follow-up and documentation
  • Collaborate with the planner to optimize production planning and reduce downtime
  • Actively contribute ideas for improvements, optimization, and sustainability
  • Report to the plant manager

2. Who are you?

  • You are an inspiring leader who motivates and supports people
  • You work in a structured way and focus on quality and efficiency
  • You are solution-oriented and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Working in a two-shift system (6 AM–2 PM / 2 PM–10 PM) is no problem
  • Experience in CNC (turning/milling) is a plus, but not required
