In many projects, the process does not stop once a component comes out of the machine. Depending on the application, the sector or the technical requirements, a part may still need additional treatment. This can include surface treatment, heat treatment, coating, welding or specific mechanical post-processing.

 Some components require a specific surface treatment. Other parts need to be heat-resistant, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant or finished according to the exact requirements of the application.

A selection of our finishing treatments 

 

On a daily basis, we already work with partners for a wide range of finishing treatments. Some examples include: 

 

Heat treatments 

Such as hardening and tempering, case hardening, nitriding and Tenifer treatment. These treatments are often used when components require additional wear resistance, hardness or resistance to mechanical stress. 

 

Surface treatments and coatings 

Such as zinc plating, hard anodising, phosphating, painting, KTL coating, Teflon coating, nickel plating and zinc flake coating. These treatments can contribute to corrosion protection, a longer service life, a better finish or specific functional properties. 

 

Mechanical and technical post-processing 

Such as welding, balancing, vulcanising and assembly. For more specific requests, we are also happy to help you find the right technical solution.

An important advantage of our approach is that, thanks to our large volumes, we work with various finishing treatment suppliers on a regular basis. As a result, several transports to our partners take place every week.

Your components are not treated as a separate one-off project each time, but as part of a well-organised process. We closely monitor planning, communication and the return flow, so that the finishing treatment runs as smoothly as possible and delivery times remain under control.
