At Buyse Metal Works Group, continuous improvement is key. That is why we have recently invested further in the automation of our Doosan department. With two new DN Solutions turning machines and additional automation, we are strengthening our capacity, flexibility, and delivery performance.

 

A first major investment is the DN Solutions 2600SY II with sub-spindle, combined with a RoboJob TurnAssist (25 kg). In addition, we expanded our machine park with a DN Solutions 3100SY, equipped with a RoboJob arm (35 kg). These automated setups allow (onderwerp is meervoud) workpieces to be processed more efficiently and, in many cases, completed in a single setup. This results in shorter setup times, increased production capacity, and consistently high quality.

 

Our existing RoboJob installation was also upgraded to the latest generation. This retrofit ensures more uniform operation across the department, likesimplifying training, improving efficiency, and increasing flexibility.

 

Where previously only 2 out of 6 machines were automated, today 6 out of 7 machines operate with robotic loading or bar feed support. Step by step, we are building a future-proof production environment.
